El Hoyo Waterfall

Only 3 kms from El Hoyo (15 kms. From El Bolson). We find the steep path that goes through a forests of Cypress and Cohiues to a 90 meters high waterfall. The panoramic view of El Hoyo, the gardens and the valley is simply stunning.

Escondida Waterfall

Located within the Mallin Ahogado Circuit, this waterfall can only be seen up close, hence the name (Hidden). The Arroyo del Medio falls over 30 meters height, forming a base hole which is reached by a steep path. From that path a new one branches out that leads to Mirador del Valle Nuevo. From the waterfall's parking lot one can enter a botanical garden, where crossing an interpretive trail one can observe species that have developed in our region.
